I work as a consultant with the focus on leadership development, process management and equality issues where coaching chairmen and board members also is a vital part. I have held leading municipal policy assignments where the leadership role involves representing both employers and citizens during many years and have a long experience of leadership in entreprenurial organizations. In addition to this I have managed projects in both private as well as public organisations.

JGL EDUCATION
"The program covers basic knowledge about equality and gender. Definitions, concepts and perspectives, society and the labor market as well as issues regarding leadership, benefits, change and working methods."

BOARD AND CHAIRMENSHIP

I train boards in, among other things, idea- and goal-oriented practices and meeting techniques. A successful board requires simultaneous interaction between board members and therefore part of the education is focused on team development.
